We are pleased to formerly announce that Thomas Miller Claims Management (USA) has opened an office in Miami. The office is on Brickell Key which is just east of Downtown Miami and the Miami River.
The office is manned by TMCM Senior Claims Executive Jonathan Hernandez (L) ; a United States board certified admiralty/maritime lawyer with over twelve years’ experience in private practice specializing in the representation and defence of cruise lines, terminal operators, ocean carriers, shipping lines, trucking lines and warehouse operators. He has extensive experience dealing with claims emanating from North and South America and the Caribbean Islands.
Jonathan works in close collaboration with Peter Jackson (R) TMCM Director/President TMCM (USA), looking after established TMCM US based clients and providing claims & loss adjusting services to TMCM Non US based clients that are operating in North and South America, Canada and the Caribbean.
